Returns

Refunds

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team with your order details.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.
Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a product defect.
Order Cancellations
